Directions

  1. Combine cheese, broccoli, soup, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Gently mix cheese-broccoli mix into cooked, liquid removed rice.
  2. Pour into casserole sprayed with nonstick spray and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min. Sprinkle reserved 1/4 c. cheese on top during the last 5 minute of baking.
  3. Makes 8 servings.
  4. NOTE:This recipe may be adapted for other vegetables, other soup flavors, etc. For a complete meal, add in minced, cooked chicken, turkey or possibly other meat.
