  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (2-layer-size) yellow cake mix without pudding
  • 1 pkt (4-serving-size) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 3 x Bananas, mashed

Directions

  1. Grease 2 (8 1/4-by-4 1/2-by-3-inch) loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat Large eggs, then add in dry cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Mix well. Add in nuts and bananas. Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour or possibly till bread tests done. Cold in pans on wire rack 10 min; remove from pans and cold completely on rack.
  3. Makes 2 loaves.
