- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash nutmeg
- Dash cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients. Use as a dip for fresh fruits such as apple, pear or possibly banana slices, green grapes, strawberries or possibly blueberries.
