Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 c. raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
- 4 packets Sweet & Low
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine warm water, shortening, and raisins, let cold. Mix other ingredients together and add in to first mix. Drop by Tbsp. on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Store in tight jar.
