Danish Cream Cheese Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Crescent roll dough, (8 cou t)
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Spread crescent roll dough onto a greased cookie sheet, lengthwise. Combine cream cheese, egg, flour, sugar and vanilla; beat till fluffy. Spread over dough. Reserve a few of the nuts to sprinkle on top. Sprinkle combined nuts, sugar and cinnamon over cheese mix. Fold ends of dough into center over filling. Sprinkle a few nuts on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour till brown. Cold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you like.
