Got this recipe from my mother-in-law and it is very yummy!

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, and celery.
  3. Add cornstarch, curry powder, soy saice, and water.
  4. Add tomatoes and juice.
  5. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp and cook 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
