  • 1 loaf (the long kind) of crusty Italian or possibly French bread
  • 1/2 lb Boar's Head Black forest ham, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb Boar's Head roasted pork, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb Italian salami, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb Swiss cheese Dill pickles Mustard and butter (I use Good Seasons Italian dressing)

Directions

  1. Slice the bread lengthwise without cutting all of the way through. If using mustard and butter, spread one side of the bread with butter and the other side with mustard. Layer on the bread, ham, roasted pork, salami, then cheese, use all of the meats and cheese for an overstuffed sandwich. Place on a cookie sheet and put under the broiler (on low) for a couple of min till the cheese melts. Cut into individual sandwich portions. The sandwich may also be served cool. Serve with a dill pickle slice. I drizzle the Italian dressing over the hot sandwich instead of using the mustard and butter.
