Directions

  1. 1. Stir together first 5 ingredients to make sauce; set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Heat broiler pan.
  3. 3. Beat Large eggs in shallow pan to blend.
  4. 4. On piece of wax paper mix together crumbs and cheese.
  5. 5. Cut fish into serving size pcs; dip in egg, then crumb mix to coat.
  6. 6. Remove pan from oven. Put butter, oil or possibly butter in pan, swirl to heat.
  7. 7. Lay pcs of fish in pan; turn to coat with butter.
  8. 8. Bake 10 min, approximately. Serve with sauce.
