Ingredients
- 1 (1 pound 4 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain pineapple; in a pie plate toss pineapple with brown sugar and vinegar; dot with butter. Bake 30 min. Serve hot with ham, pork or possibly chicken.
