  • Peanut Oil, for brushing
  • For the Filling
  • 2 pcs (220 grams) Firm Bean Curd, quartered
  • 5 (100 grams) Shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 Tbsp Dried Shrimps, soaked (20 mins), rinsed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Medium (720 grams) Yam Bean/Sengkuang/Jicama, peeled and shredded
  • 3 Medium (280 grams) Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Oil
