- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk (non-fat)
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into iron and bake till steaming stops.
