- 2 cans of cream style corn
- 1 whole single package of saltine crackers
- 2 Tablespoons of Pimintos, chopped fine.
- 4 Tablespoons of butter--melted
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Start by mixing the corn and melted butter together.
- Next break up the crackers as you would for soup... small pieces.
- Add the pimintos, and mix well.
- The pimintos may be salty enough that you will not need anymore salt. Taste test first.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min
