  • 1 Can Whole Corn, Drained
  • 1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 8oz Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Spray an 8x8 dish with cooking spray. Melt the butter in the microwave or stove top. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. If you double the recipe, but the mixture in a 9x13 dish. Top should be golden brown when finished.
