- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Can Whole Corn, Drained
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1 Stick Butter
- 8oz Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
- Spray an 8x8 dish with cooking spray. Melt the butter in the microwave or stove top. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. If you double the recipe, but the mixture in a 9x13 dish. Top should be golden brown when finished.
