Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter, cut up
  • 16 ounce can Cream corn
  • 16 ounce can Kernal corn, undrained
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients(save about 2T of the dry corn bread mix to sprinkle on fortopping)
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 15 min in an uncovered but WELL GREASED casserole.
