Corn Casserole or Corn Spoon Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 – 8 oz.) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 – 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (or 1 can whole kernel corn)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz. +/- cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c. or so to put on top, if desired)
