Ingredients

  • 4 x 6-oz cod fillets
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, or possibly 1 teaspoon fresh, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Orange zest

Directions

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange cod fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour orange juice over cod and sprinkle with thyme, orange zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Bake 12-15 min till fish is opaque throughout. Spoon orange sauce over fish and serve.
