A light, flavorful shrimp pasta I created by just experimenting one night for dinner. Perfect for a summer evening!
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- 2 Tb. Malibu Rum
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 Beaten Egg Yolk
- Water
- Half Lemon
- Linguine Pasta
Directions
- Boil linguine pasta, drain and let sit
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Stir in sugar, egg yolk, water
- Cook on medium 5-8 min.
- Add 1-2 Tb. Malibu Rum
- Squeeze half a lemon saucepan
- Pour saucepan over linguine pasta-- enjoy!
