Ingredients

  • 250 gm grated fresh coconut
  • 5 dl water
  • 250 gm sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. gin

Directions

  1. Simmer the grated coconut in the water for 20 min. Add in the sugar and simmer for 5 more min. Cold till at room temperature. Strain, add in the gin and pour in the icecream maker. Freeze in the machine till stiff.
