Ingredients
- 2 lb powdered sugar
- 1 x (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 14 ounce flaked coconut
- 1 stk butter -- melted = (1/4 lb. = 1/2 c.)
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 x cake paraffin
- 1 c. walnuts -- opt., minced
Directions
- Mix all but chips and paraffin together by hand, roll into balls and chill.
- Heat chips and paraffin in double boiler. Use toothpicks to dip balls into chocolate. Put on wax paper and chill. Keep chocolate warm while dipping.
- I have also done this by putting them in mini paper candy c. and pouring the chocolate over them, this is much quicker than dipping but takes more chocolate.
