Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hersheys cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 grease cookie sheet or line with parchment after dough has chilled
- Combine sugar and oil in lg bowl, add oil cocoa beat til well blended.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Stir together flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to cocoa mixture, beat well.
- Cover and refrigerate until dough is firm enough to handle 5-6 hrs
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 mins til tops are crackled. cool slightly and remove to wire rack to cool completely
