Ingredients
- 5 lbs Chicken Breast. cooked and cut into cubes
- 1 lb Peeled and Diced avocados
- 20 leaves Whole Romaine Crowns
- 1 lb Chopped Pork Bacon
- 1 lb Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 20 each Cooked and Diced Whole eggs
- 1/4 cup Dry Chives
- 20 Each Garlic Herb Wrap
Directions
- Peel avocados, then cut into cubs. Spread 2 oz of romaine over bottem half of wrap and top with an even layer of chicken (2 oz).
- Sprinkle 1 oz of bacon over chicken. then continues layering with 2 slices of tomatoes, cheese (1/2 oz), 3 slices of avocadoes, one sliced egg, and garnished with chives. Seal the wrap then slice in half on the bias.
