Ingredients

1 c. honey
300 ml cream
1/2 c. liquid glucose
1 c. hazelnuts
1 c. almonds, unsalted
1/2 c. mixed peel
300 gm chocolate, dark

Directions

Boil cream, honey and glucose to 125C/260F, remove from heat and stir in nuts and finely diced peel. Leave to sit for a short time then roll out 1 cm thick.
When completely cool, cut into 1cm X 3cm pcs and dip in melted chocolate.
