Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Butter softened
- 3/4 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Peanut butter c., minced
- 3/4 c. Peanuts, minced
- 1 c. Lowfat milk chocolate chips
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
- Beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla till light and fluffy. Add in dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. Mix in peanut butter c., peanuts and chocolate chips. The batter will be stiff. Form into balls about the size of a Tbsp..
- Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 12 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Cold on a wire rack.
