Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 ounce. coconut, browned
- 1 c. grnd nuts
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
- 10 ounce. pkg. mint chocolate chips, melted in double boiler & cooled
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Mix graham crackers, coconut, nuts and melted butter. Place 1/2 mix in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Then alternate layers of ice cream and sauce. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
