  • 6 x Egg whites -- whipped
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/3 c. Cocoa pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. Marshmallow cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 325F. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa pwdr, flour, salt, baking pwdr, and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Pour mix into prepared pan. Bake for 30 min.
