  • 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets.
  2. 2. Cream 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco, sugar and lowfat milk at medium speed till well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. 3. Combine flour, salt and baking pwdr. Mix into creamed mix. Drop by Tbsp. onto baking sheet.
  4. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min. Let cold.
  5. 5. Heat 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp. of butter flavor Crisco on very low heat. Stir well. Dip one end of cooled cookie halfway up in chocolate. Place on waxed paper till chocolate is hard.
