Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets.
- 2. Cream 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco, sugar and lowfat milk at medium speed till well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- 3. Combine flour, salt and baking pwdr. Mix into creamed mix. Drop by Tbsp. onto baking sheet.
- 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min. Let cold.
- 5. Heat 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp. of butter flavor Crisco on very low heat. Stir well. Dip one end of cooled cookie halfway up in chocolate. Place on waxed paper till chocolate is hard.
