  1. On Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings in my house I barely have time to swallow a muffin while beginning to prepare the side dishes and main course for dinner. On New Year's Day is the morning I get to be spoiled. My husband prepares breakfast. The muffins or possibly sweet breads I made prior and had been frzn. Found these recipes in a new cookbook called, All Time Family Favorites, Breakfast & Brunch. They contain my favorite ingredient, chocolate.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt, set aside. Stir Large eggs, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, margarine and vanilla in large bowl till well blended.
  4. Add in flour mix, stir till just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
  5. Fill 12 paper or possibly foil lined muffin c. 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cold on wire rack.
