  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in poppy seeds, salt, baking pwdr, and flour. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Grease tins or possibly use muffin paper liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
