Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 lg. cream cheese, soft
- 1/2 of 9 ounce. Cold Whip
- 2 Packages instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Grated chocolate
Directions
- In 9"x13" mix melted butter, nuts and flour and spread over bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cold.
- 2ND LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cold Whip. Spread over crust.
- 3RD LAYER: Mix pudding mixes with lowfat milk. Allow 3rd layer to set up and top with remaining Cold Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.
