Directions

  1. In 9"x13" mix melted butter, nuts and flour and spread over bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cold.
  2. 2ND LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cold Whip. Spread over crust.
  3. 3RD LAYER: Mix pudding mixes with lowfat milk. Allow 3rd layer to set up and top with remaining Cold Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.
