  • 1 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Filling for cake center or possibly cupcakes. Beat egg whites till foamy. Gradually add in sugar. Beat till shiny and stiff. Blend in flour and coconut. Sufficient for 1 package chocolate cake.
