Directions

  1. Rinse off green chiles and pat dry. Separate 6 egg yolks and whites. Beat whites till fluffy (about 5 min). Add in 6 Tbsp. of flour to egg yolks, then fold into whites. Cut up Jack cheese and stuff into chiles. Dip chiles to coat with egg mix and fry till brown. Serve with salsa.
