Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts, salt, pepper, ground hot pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, 100g onions, ground cumin, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 dl of wine, a sweet and sour cucumber
Directions
- Chicken thighs with salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper, red pepper and fry in hot oil. Add the chopped onions, ground cumin, mustard and ketchup. Pour the wine, a little water and simmer covered, about 20 minutes. Finally, add the chopped cucumber wheel. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
