Chicken in Hungarian style

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts, salt, pepper, ground hot pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, 100g onions, ground cumin, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 dl of wine, a sweet and sour cucumber

Directions

  1. Chicken thighs with salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper, red pepper and fry in hot oil. Add the chopped onions, ground cumin, mustard and ketchup. Pour the wine, a little water and simmer covered, about 20 minutes. Finally, add the chopped cucumber wheel. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
