Ingredients

  • Ingredients A (palm sugar syrup)
  • 250g water
  • 250g palm sugar (gula Melaka)
  • Palm sugar or gula Melaka
  • Put to a gentle boil in a pot until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
  • Ingredients B (coconut cream)
  • 1C coconut cream
  • 1/4t salt
  • Put Ingredients C in a pot and boil gently. Remove from heat.
  • Ingredients C
  • 500g sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 200g tapioca flour
  • Sweet potato gnocchi dough
