Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-3 T. Pirate Jonny’s Guava Girl
  • 2 c. pasta (Your choice as to type.)
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. Gourmet Garden basil paste
  • 1 c. fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 c. crumbled feta
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced toasted almonds
  • Arrange salad on plates and top with sliced chicken breasts. (Or, grilled chicken can be cubed and tossed with the salad.)
