Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- salt and pepper
- 2-3 T. Pirate Jonny’s Guava Girl
- 2 c. pasta (Your choice as to type.)
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. Gourmet Garden basil paste
- 1 c. fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/4 c. crumbled feta
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced toasted almonds
- Arrange salad on plates and top with sliced chicken breasts. (Or, grilled chicken can be cubed and tossed with the salad.)
