Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 x Lemon , Juice of Few drops of warm pepper sauce
- 1 pkt (16 ounce) frzn peas, thawed
- 1 c. Diced cooked ham, (up to 1-1/2)
- 4 x Green onions, minced
- 2/3 c. Roasted unsalted cashews
- 6 c. Mixed salad greens
Directions
- Which I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon, or possibly just a quick and light supper.)
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and warm sauce. Mix to blend well. Stir in all other ingredients, except salad greens. Serve salad on bed of salad greens.
