Ingredients
- 3 c. Grated carrots
- 2 c. White wheat flour
- 2 c. Granulated white sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Roughly minced pecans Cream Cheese Icing for Carrot Cake
Directions
- Mix the sugar and oil. Add in Large eggs, beating after each one. Add in carrots. Sift the dry ingredients together, and stir them in. Butter a 9x13 pan, pour in the batter and bake at 325F for 40 min. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake.
