Ingredients
- 6 ounce Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Miniature chocolate chips
- 4 x Sugar ice cream cones
Directions
- Prep: 10 minutes, plus refrigeration time.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just till smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and chill 30 min. Spoon mix directly into ice cream cones or possibly into a decorating bag without a tip and then pipe into cones.
