Ingredients
- 2 pkt (10-ounce) frzn broccoli -or possibly-
- 1 bn Fresh broccoli
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese, grated Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter or possibly margarine in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Steam broccoli, transfer to processor or possibly blender and chop finely. Beat Large eggs in a large bowl. Add in flour, lowfat milk, and baking pwdr; mix.
- Stir in cheese, broccoli and onion. Spread into prepared dish, spreading proportionately. Bake till set, about 30 min. Cut into bite size pcs.
