Ingredients
- 1 x 9-inch pie crust, or possibly bread crust
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 2 1/2 c. Broccoli, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Mustard pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Saute/fry onions and put into crust., Add in broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 minutes. at 375F.
