Ingredients

1 x Onion, minced
2 1/2 c. Broccoli, sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Mustard pwdr
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

Saute/fry onions and put into crust., Add in broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 minutes. at 375F.
