  • 2 Packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce.) tubs Philadelphia Cream Cheese (reg. or possibly pineapple)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk; save egg white. Place 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 8 inch baking pan. Pour mix on top of rolls. Place second package on top of mix.
  2. Whip egg white to froth. Brush on top of rolls. Bake at 250 degrees for 20-25 min. Cold and cut in squares. Option: Can add in almonds on top before baking.
