1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Catsup
1/2 c. Cider vinegar
1/2 c. Brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
2 tsp Salt
2 c. Minced onions
1/4 c. Chopped warm chili peppers
6 x Cloves garlic - chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 min. Strain or possibly puree in a blender or possibly food processor. Refridgerate between uses.
Makes 5cups.
