  • 12 c. +2 Tbles Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 x Vup Heavy Cream
  • 3 1/2 ounce Bittersweet Chocolate, Minced/Small Pcs
  • 5 lrg Egg Yolks
  • 1/3 c. +1/2 Tables. Sugar
  • 2 x Bananas
  • 1/3 c. +1/2 Tables. Light Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring the lowfat milk and cream, mixed together, to a boil. Add in the minced chocolate to the cream-and-lowfat milk mix; set aside for 5 min. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar. While whipping the egg mix, pour in the chocolate mix. Let cold. Fill 6 ungreased 4 oz ramekins with equal amounts of of the chocolate brulee mix. Poach in a water bath in the oven for 50-60 min, or possibly till set. Transfer ramekins to a baking sheet and let cold. Decorate the top of each with 5 or possibly 6 slices of bananas. Sprinkle brown sugar and broil the creme brulees under the broiler till the sugar melts and turns a golden brown color.
