Ingredients
- 2 x cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 x salt and cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp Dijon or possibly dry mustard - (10ml)
- 2 x egg yolks
- 4 tsp anchovy paste - (20ml)
- 2 x lemons, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce - (30ml)
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil - (250ml)
- 5 slc bacon, cooked to crispy
- 1/4 c. shaved parmesan cheese (62ml)
- 1 c. Croutons (250ml)

- 2 x romaine lettuces heads
Directions
- For salad dressing crush the garlic cloves in a wooden bowl and add in a healthy pinch of salt. Add in the cracked pepper, mustard, egg yolks, anchovy paste and lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir vigorously. Add in the extra virgin olive oil in a steady and stir till emulsified. Add in salt to taste.
- Salad:Shred cleaned romaine lettuce leaves and add in to salad bowl. Mix till salad is well coded with the dressing.
- Serve and enjoy!
