Ingredients
- 2Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Egg subsitute
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Whipped topping
- 6 c. Chocolate fat-free frzn - dessert
- Â Â Sliced strawberries -- (optional)
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. stir in lowfat milk, egg and vanilla just till blended. Pour 3/4 c. batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions. Remove waffle from waffle iron. Scoop 1/2 c. frzn dessert onto waffle and top with 2 tsp. whipped topping. Add in strawberries if you like. Repeat with remaining batter.
