Ingredients

3 Packages beef or possibly 9 ounce. roast beef
3 Packages (8 ounce.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. onion, finely diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Accent
Few dashes Tabasco sauce

Directions

Set out cream cheese till softened. Shred beef in blender or possibly food processor, reserve 3/4 c.. Set in refrigerator covered. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl with hand mixer. Place in refrigerator till stiffened. Form into ball, roll in reserved beef. Serve with crackers, Triscuits.
