Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Turkey -- grnd/cooked
- 1/2 c. Onions -- minced
- 1/2 c. Bell peppers -- minced
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 1 x 8 ounce jar
- 1 x 5 1/2 ounce can red beans -- Liquid removed/rinsed
- 1 x 6 ounce can Liquid removed/rinsed
- 1 x 4 ounce can Taco sauce Kidney beans -- Tomatoes -- crushed/undraine
Directions
- In a skillet, cook turkey, onions, and peppers till vegetables are tender and meat is no longer pink. Add in taco seasoning mix, taco sauce, beans, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 min.
