Got this recipe from a ex-in law years ago. I only make it when there are plenty of people to eat it because it makes so much.
Ingredients
- 1- 15 ounce can refried beans
- 1 pkg taco season
- 1- 8 oz tub sour cream
- 2 tablespoons hellman's mayo
- 1- 8oz pkg shredded cheese (I use Colby and jack)
- Chips
Directions
- In a large medium sized bowl combine all except shredded cheese. When well combine mix in half the shredded cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese and serve. Can be heated or served cold. Serve with Fritos or Tortilla chips.
