Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x garlic cloves crushed
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add in onion and garlic and cook till slightly brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- You can either apply to ribs when completely cooked or possibly cook ribs with sauce for last 15 min before serving.
