  • 2 ounce Ketchup
  • 2 ounce Twist and Shout (see note)
  • 2 ounce Picapeppa sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red chile and garlic sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey

Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients, microwave for 90 secs (till bubbling), and add in the honey. Brush on meat. Grill, and continue to baste till meat is ready.
  2. Note: My wife discovered, and I love, a grocery-store bought Habanero warm sauce by Mezzetta's, called "Twist and Shout". It has a very good Habanero taste, and a nice little kick. It sells for $1.50 per 8 oz bottle. It makes a great addition to barbecue sauces. David Wilkins A chile head stuck in a state with a town named BLANDing.
